The UIC Help Center provides a centralized location to search Knowledge Base articles, view service information, and submit requests.

The IT Community consists of the IT professionals at all levels of the University including college and unit IT departments, Technology Solutions, ACER, CATE, UI Health Services, AITS, and other IT units.

Endpoint Management

The Endpoint Management service delivers centralized technology to aid in comprehensive management of endpoint computers. The Endpoint Management service provides tools for IT staff to help manage applications, update software, deploy operating systems, and help ensure desktop/laptop compliance within university policies.

(AITS) is the IT unit responsible for enterprise-wide information technology solutions and services in support of the administrative processes of the University of Illinois System (UIC, UIUC and UIS). AITS has 8 departments that support U of I of Systems such as Banner, Human Resources, student registration, financial management, enterprise-wide services, and more.
