Most Technology Solutions services will remain fully available and supported during this time, with some notable exceptions. Walk-In support is available by appointment only. UIC provides support services to the campus community through the central academic IT unit, Technology Solutions. Support services include technical support, password assistance, UIC-Wifi support, Learning Technology Solutions, Multimedia production, and computer labs.
