UIC faculty and instructors have access to education technology tools, teaching and learning support, and instructional design and consultation services.

The Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE) provides instructors with the resources and support to develop a culture of effective teaching practices and inclusive education supporting the success of all students.

For password reset, VPN access, UIC Wi-Fi, Duo 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), virus removal, software installation, and other tech support, instructors and staff can search through self-help resources at the UIC Help Center or schedule an appointment for walk-in or virtual support.

UIC Help Center
The UIC Help Center is a mobile-friendly service management tool that provides a one-stop-shop to get support, request services, and find answers to frequently asked questions in the Knowledge Base.
