Virtual Support
General tech support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and includes password reset, VPN, UIC Wi-Fi, Duo 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), virus removal, software installation, and other tech support. Students can search through self-help resources at the UIC Help Center or schedule an appointment for support.

To schedule an appointment for an in-person or virtual consultation with the Helpdesk team, visit it.uic.edu/tech-helpdesk
- Select in-person or virtual service:
- Duo 2FA, Wifi, Printing or VPN assistance (25 min)
- Virus Removal or Software Installation (55 min)
- Select date on Calendar.
- Select an available time.
Complete the details on the form and select “Book” to book the appointment. You will receive a confirmation and meeting details to the email provided.
