UIC Security Alerts for Faculty & Staff
UIC Alert, powered by Rave, is a service that enables UIC officials to quickly contact each member of the UIC community in the case of an urgent campus-wide emergency.
Active UIC email addresses are subscribed to UIC Alert automatically and cannot be changed or removed by subscribers. Faculty are strongly encouraged to additionally subscribe their mobile numbers to receive UIC Alert messages by SMS (text message) when timeliness is important. Each user may add up to 3 SMS numbers.
