Microsoft has addressed the Azure cloud service disruption, and the UIC.edu website is now loading properly.

The UIC.edu website is currently experiencing a service disruption. Technology Solutions is investigating and working to restore service as quickly as possible. We believe this is due to a Microsoft Azure cloud service disruption.
