It has come to our attention that telephone calls made to the UIC Hospital may not be properly connected due to a service provider technical issue. If you are experiencing difficulties calling UIC Hospital numbers, please try the full 10-digit number before contacting Technology Solutions or Hospital IT.
Please note that all UIC routing numbers beginning in 3 follow the format 312-413-XXXX, all numbers starting with 5 follow 312-355-XXXX, and all numbers starting with 6 follow 312-996-XXXX. Visit the Helpful Numbers page or UIC Directory to search for contact information and phone numbers.
UIC Hospital IT staff is currently working with AT&T to resolve the issue, and will keep the community updated.
