Technology Solutions wiki service shutting down in 2024
Technology Solutions' Wiki Service (wiki.uic.edu) will be shut down on Friday, March 29, 2024.
Why is this happening?
While the Wiki service was a useful document repository for many years at UIC, the technology is out-of-date, has limited capabilities and service utilization has decreased as more modern solutions are available. As part of the IT Strategy, UIC is making efforts to retire outdated and underutilized services, as well as transition services to more modern, cloud-based solutions.
What do I need to do?
Technology Solutions wiki service users should migrate their files to one of the solutions listed below by 03/29/2024.
