Season's Greetings & Happy Holidays! 

As we look forward to the winter break, please be aware of Technology Solutions’ modified support schedule starting December 24 through January 4.

Support Availability

  • December 13th through 23rd:
    • Service Desk available via Phone, Email, and Help Center weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • December 24th and 27th: Closed
  • December 28th through 31st:
    • Service Desk available via Email and Help Center only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Support for telecommunications services will be limited to emergency repairs only.
  • January 3rd: Closed
  • January 4th:
    • Service Desk available via Email and Help Center only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Support for telecommunications services will be limited to emergency repairs only.
  • January 5th through 7th:
    • Service Desk available via Phone, Email, and Help Center from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Technical Helpdesk appointments can be scheduled at go.uic.edu/it-helpdesk.

Normal hours of operation will resume on Monday, January 10, 2022.
