Technology Solutions 2021 Winter Break Schedule

As we look forward to the winter break, please be aware of Technology Solutions’ modified support schedule starting December 24 through January 4.
Support Availability
- December 13th through 23rd:
- Service Desk available via Phone, Email, and Help Center weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- December 24th and 27th: Closed
- December 28th through 31st:
- Service Desk available via Email and Help Center only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Support for telecommunications services will be limited to emergency repairs only.
- January 3rd: Closed
- January 4th:
- Service Desk available via Email and Help Center only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Support for telecommunications services will be limited to emergency repairs only.
- January 5th through 7th:
- Service Desk available via Phone, Email, and Help Center from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Technical Helpdesk available for virtual appointments from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Technical Helpdesk appointments can be scheduled at go.uic.edu/it-helpdesk.
Normal hours of operation will resume on Monday, January 10, 2022.
