RequestTracker (RT) being decommissioned on March 1, 2024

Introduction
As part of Technology Solutions’ IT strategy to improve service experience across UIC, as of August 2023, we consolidated our ticketing and service catalog management to a single platform - TeamDynamix (TDX). After a successful transition, Request Tracker (RT) is being shut down and will no longer be accessible starting Friday, March 1, 2024.
What is happening?
Request Tracker (RT) is being shut down and will no longer be accessible starting Friday, March 1, 2024.
What do I have to do?
If you need a copy of your RT ticket data, and ticket attachments, please request this data at it.uic.edu/ask-a-question prior to the March 1, 2024 decommission. Please note that after this date, RT data will not be accessible.
