During this season of giving thanks, let us take time to reflect and practice gratitude in our daily lives.
Practicing gratitude and being grateful can improve your outlook and brighten your day. It can help you focus on positive things in your life, and while every day may not be good, there is something good in every day.
This month, we invite you to participate in the LinkedIn Learning November Challenge, kicking off November 9th, and designed to provide you with the tools and exercises to practice moments of reflection and gratitude.
Challenge yourself to complete each day’s activity and/or short learning. Each can be completed in ~5 minutes. Initial each day when you’ve completed to keep yourself on track.
