8/10 Digital Signage (Industry Weapon) Software Upgrade
On Tuesday, August 10th at 10:00PM CST, Technology Solutions will be upgrading the Industry Weapon software used in our Digital Signage service to fix various bugs and greatly improve user experience.
Downtime may occur for about 30 minutes while devices are in the process of updating firmware to the latest version, after which the devices will require a single reboot.
Frequently updated content such as RSS feeds or Weather may not update during their standard update cycle during this upgrade process. In addition, MediaBridge will not synchronize with new data until the upgrade is complete.
