6/18 – 6/19 UIC Help Center Downtime
The UIC Help Center will be unavailable from 11:00PM on Friday, June 18th, to 3:00AM on Saturday, June 19th, for scheduled maintenance. During this time, the help.uic.edu website will be unavailable, and emails to Technology Solutions will not be processed into tickets. All pending emails will be processed once maintenance is complete.
To report any IT service problems during this maintenance period, please call 312-413-0003 option 2 and leave a voicemail.
