6/15 – Password failures being reported; password resync may be required

6/15 - 11:30am Update
Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) has stated the problem causing the password failures has been fixed. If users are still experiencing problems logging in, it is recommended that they re-sync their password.Visit How do I resync my NetID password? for instructions.

 

6/15 - 10:00am:
Technology Solutions is receiving multiple reports of users experiencing password failures while logging into university systems. Technology Solutions is investigating the issue.

Clients experiencing password failures or issues should go to the NetID Center and re-sync their password. Visit How do I resync my NetID password? for instructions.

If access problems continue, clients can report the issue at it.uic.edu/report-a-problem.
