5/3 – Login issues with UIC Microsoft login pages [RESOLVED]

After investigation and troubleshooting, Technology Solutions discovered that 2 of our 4 UIC Microsoft login servers were experiencing errors. We have temporarily disabled these servers and logins now appear to be working properly through the remaining 2 servers. We will continue to monitor the situation to confirm access is fully restored.

Technology Solutions is receiving reports of login errors with the UIC Microsoft login page (e.g. outlook.uic.edu). We are aware of the issue and are actively investigating with Microsoft.
