2/22 Process to Order SSL/TLS Server Certificates is Changing

As part of the transition to the UIC Help Center, Technology Solutions is improving the process for clients to order SSL/TLS Server Certificates by removing the extraneous Webstore order step.

Effective February 22, requesting a new SSL/TLS Server Certificate should be completed directly through a single request form on the UIC Help Center at help.uic.edu. This improvement streamlines the fulfillment process to reduce confusion and the risk for errors.
