12/7 – Echo 360 Service Disruption [Resolved]
We have confirmed that the Respondus and Echo360 services have returned to normal operations but we are continuing to monitor updates regarding the Amazon Web Services disruption and will provide further updates as they become available.
UIC partner Echo360 has reported issues with Echo360 Access, Playback, Engagement, Authentication, Administration, API, and Reporting. This disruption also appears to be impacting Respondus.
The vendor is aware of the service disruption and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. We will update this post with updates are we receive them from the vendor.

UIC provides all faculty and instructors with a free and easy-to-use lecture capture tool called Echo360. Along with features provided by the tool, UIC faculty have access to support, learning workshops, and personal consultations.
