11/20 VoIP Phone Maintenance
From 11:00pm to 11:45pm on Saturday, November 20th, VoIP phones will be rebooted as part of server maintenance.
If your phone does not return to service within a few minutes, please try restarting it by unplugging the power cable (or the network cable, if no power cable is present), waiting thirty seconds, and plugging it back in, then wait a few minutes for the phone to register. If it still does not, please report the problem to on help.uillinois.edu
