To address remaining issues following the version 11.4 release, an additional maintenance period will occur from 11:00PM Monday 11/15 until 3:00AM Tuesday 11/16.

To address issues following the version 11.4 release, an additional maintenance period will occur from 11:00PM Saturday 11/13 until 3:00AM Sunday 11/14.

TeamDynamix will be upgrading version 11.3 to version 11.4 on Friday, November 12th at 11:00PM through Saturday, November 13th at 3:00AM. The UIC Help Center (help.uic.edu) will be unavailable during this time for maintenance to improve search functionality.
Please note that email to consult@uic.edu will continue to function, and tickets will be generated after the maintenance period concludes.
