11/04 – Blackboard is experiencing delays
This morning the cloud provider for UIC Blackboard is experiencing delays and some users may be experiencing temporary outages. Typically, restarting the browser allows students and instructors to reconnect to courses. We will update the campus when the Blackboard service is fully operational again.
