Single-cell genomics has powered recent advances in bioinformatics, leading to important discoveries in cell-cell relationships, disease, and epigenetics. As single-cell datasets increase in size to millions of cells, though, the limitations of traditional analysis methods quickly become clear. NVIDIA Clara-Parabricks workflows have shown significant improvement toward fast and accurate single-cell genomic discovery.
This course will dive deeper into the RAPIDS ecosystem, using tools like cudf, cuml, cugraph, cupy and scanpy, with Clara-Parabricks to create a single cell analytics workflow .
