According to Statista, 45% of the worldwide population uses social media. 70% of people in the United States and 67% of people in Northern Europe use social media. Statista also found that, when surveyed, 30% of people said they use social media to research and find products to buy. Thus, smart organizations and companies ensure that their messages, services, and products are as inclusive as possible.
