Support resources includes the UIC Help Center, Self-Help options in the Answers Knowledge Base, and virtual support.
Due to the large volume of requests we are receiving, you may experience delays for some requests as we prioritize them. Technology Solutions is working as efficiently as possible to provide the quality of service you are accustomed to. If at all possible, use the self-help first Answers Knowledge Base.
Technology Solutions provides support services to the UIC campus community. Our support services include technical support, password assistance, UIC-Wifi support, Learning Technology Solutions, Multimedia production, and more.
For password reset, VPN access, UIC Wi-Fi, Duo 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), virus removal, software installation, and other tech support, instructors and staff can search through self-help resources at the UIC Help Center or schedule an appointment for walk-in or virtual support.
UIC Help Center
The UIC Help Center is a mobile-friendly service management tool that provides a one-stop-shop to get support, request services, and find answers to frequently asked questions in the Knowledge Base.
In-Person & Virtual Support
In-person support is available for the fall semester at BSB C-Stop by appointment only. There will be no in-person support at LHS C-Stop. Schedule an appointment for in-person or virtual support by visiting go.uic.edu/BSB-CStop.
