Dylan Isaac is an AI Accessibility Engineer at UIC who designs AI systems that extend human capability rather than replace it. Drawing on his experience as Lead AI Engineer at Deque Systems, he builds tools that help educators and staff transform digital content into accessible formats—using multi-agent systems and RAG architectures to automate the tedious parts while keeping human insight at the center. His work blends accessibility engineering, LLM expertise, and design thinking to advance digital inclusion without sacrificing transparency or user agency. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys exploring Buffalo’s maker scene with his wife, Kaitlin, and their dog, Basil.
