UIC IT staff are invited to join us for a Denodo & AI Learning Day, an in-person full-day event, focused on data virtualization and artificial intelligence. This event will showcase Denodo’s supported service from AITS, while also highlighting how your colleagues are using AI tools and platforms in practical, real-world projects. This event is sponsored by AWS and Denodo.

What to Expect
Morning
- Start with breakfast to energize and connect informally
- Denodo sessions kick off the day features:

- Live demonstrations of real-world use cases from UIUC and UIC teams
Lunch and networking opportunity
Midday
- Presentation by AWS and colleagues on building AI enabled solutions
- Topics include AWS Bedrock, MS Copilot Studio and other emerging tools
Denodo workshops to close the day:
- Hands-on learning and deeper technical engagement
- Additional networking opportunities with peers and platform experts

Denodo and AI Day is an event that highlights Denodo’s data virtualization capabilities and AI applications, including chatbots and cloud AI services such as Azure Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock. IT Professionals at UIC will experience practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions, with the goal of sharing knowledge and encouraging cooperation among departments to develop AI-powered applications.
