Client Support Specialist

Under the supervision of full-time Technology Solutions staff, Client Support Specialists provide email and phone support for Technology Solutions services to UIC students, faculty, and staff. A full listing of our services can be found at help.uic.edu.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 semesters of availability (planned graduation in December 2023 at the earliest), has both customer service and critical thinking skills, and is able to learn quickly.
  • If selected for this position, you must be available for training in mid-August.
  • At this time, Technology Solutions has not determined if these positions will be on or off-campus for the Fall 2021 term.
