Banner/My UI Info name changes are not being applied automatically to UIC systems [Resolved]

Currently, name changes and updates performed in Banner/My UI Info (such as changing legal name, or setting a Preferred First Name) are not being applied automatically in some UIC systems. If an individual has updated their name in Banner/My UI Info, they will need to inform Technology Solutions to apply the change manually, by Reporting an IT Problem at the UIC Help Center.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are working with our vendor partner to rectify this problem. Updates will be provided as they are available.
